why cant government school teachers teach as interesting as those in private sectors though they did undergo training? i guess many are quite certain of the reason. tutors who teach well get more students which means more money coming in. on other hand, regardless of how much effort a teacher puts in or how many students a school teacher is teaching, she gets the same pay. so how about modifying the school system as such that students can choose their teachers. teachers who get more students and teach for longer time will have higher pay whereas teacher who has less than 10 students in his or her class will be given warning letter and instructed to go through another training and if the teacher fails to improve, he or she will have to be fired. in this way, teachers are more motivated and will consistently improving oneself and try experimenting new approaches in teaching the students more effectively.

anyway, gotta have to go back school tomorrow. dont wanna go la. homework still not done yet. mission failed, AGAIN. i vowed to get all my homework done by end of hol but see see , i still cant achieve that. mainly my fault. procrastination. outings, internet. dreaming.

it's independence day and i just watched a TV programme featuring yasmin ahmad. it was her last interview. i felt like crying. really miss her lots.

a very special reunion was held at MP just now. it was a small group as many could not turn up. never mind. as for me, regardless what matter that comes up, i definitely have to attend this reunion. it's jamie and kityee coming back! it's rare to meet them. unlike yip and audrey whom i can meet quite often. i havent seen jamie since march i think. and the reunion just now was definitely not enough. i need to hear more from her.
anyway, hopefully there will be a grander reunion during raya eve, which is a saturday.
MUET and maths projects are taking too much of my time and the pile of maths homework doesnt seem to be reducing. i'm so gonna be dead when break is over. i seriously need more time for homework and unforgettably, little time to relax as well.^^i know I've been complaining too much recently about my homework. mainly my own fault. lack of concentration. poor time management. procrastination.
dont worry. i wont stress myself.
in fact,i've enjoyed too much.and now, i wish for a slight change to become better.

i miss kak min-this is my fav ad made by kak min.

eating ice-cream. i love it!!! who doesnt?
found out an interesting info. i know kein yau sure likes this, if he happens to read this la.
one ideal way to improve kissing skill is practising with ice-cream. got that, kein yau? LOL.

anyway, fried fries for lunch. a big packet of fries all dumped into the wok and my bro did the frying task most of the time.nearly burn down the whole kitchen. ooopss. a bit exaggerating. actually, just the ' sok yau zi' kena burnt ni. and never prepare float with vanilla+choc ice-cream with isotonic drink. yucks!

hols is great though boring. what's so great? it's great for me to finish my homework but seems like the pile is not reducing. i'm working like a tortoise la. i seriously need full concentration. and boring-why? mum doesnt allow me to go out too oftenly and in fact, i myself am lazy. wanna stay at home indulging in sleep.

declaring that gossip gal addiction is back. applies to me only gua. i love this series man...

the seventh month of lunar calendar has just started and today, unfortunately, i've bumped into a ghost. as usual, my aggressive driving caused me to receive unwelcomed loud honk by another driver who was driving furiously. the driver was a lady. with the bad sign she was showing with her middle finger, her witch-looking face and the ghostly make up she put on made her look indeed like a ghost.
anyway, back to serious matter, i was indeed exhausted last evening after returning from shopping with mum and thus, i slept in the living room on the sofa just opposite the buddha altar. i slept for hours and drifted deeply into wonderland. at one particular moment, i felt uncomfortable. i could hear breath, a heavy breath. i tried to open my eyes.but could only open a millimeter wide. and i saw a dark shadow. i thought my brother was playing a prank with me. i thought the breath was his. honestly, i felt indeed uneasy. my head was heavy. i tried to see whether my bro was there playing a prank with me but i could not move AT ALL! i assume that i was too exhausted until i couldnt move but what the feeling was as if something was pressing me, preventing me from getting up. as i struggled, the sound of the breath got louder. and as i tried to open my eyes, i could see my brother playing with the laptop.my vision was blurred by some dark shadow. i guess it was just an illusion. it was a samar-samar shadow. macam ada mata. i'm not sure. i became panic. i wasnt sure what exactly was happening. i wonder it is called, 'bei guai dat' but..it was during daytime and in front of the altar? ridiculous. anyway, i was really scared and all i knew was i just have to be strong to prevent the spirit from taking control of me, if it's the case. i am still uncertain why i called out my brother's name instead of citing some prayer. this shows how not religious i am. that's the main reason i'm reluctant to join religious camps. i never felt comfortable during those camps.anyway, i'm glad that though i was exhausted, i could still gain some strength at last and the sound of breath and shadow just disappeared instantly. i asked my bro whether he heard me calling for him, he said no. weird. i remembered i called quite loudly.
it may not sound scary to you but it was really scary to me but when i thought of it, it seems nuisance to me. why dont this happen to small children? oftenly, we hear teenagers or adults experiencing 'bei guai dat'. was it just their illusion? maybe it was due to stress. when someone is stressed out, he may think negatively and tend to imagine stuffs.
do you get what i mean?
i seriously need to seek for religious advice. i feel lost.

thought of going to parade at 10.30 am to buy some stuffs first before meeting up with audrey they all but ended up taking off only at 10.30am.
reached parade about the same time as audrey. and yea, we went to kopitiam, AGAIN....as yinghung said, we memang kaki kopitiam..next time we go sushi king or kenny rogers jek.
after the brunch, we went to popular to find phuiyan and we saw this recycleable bag . the design quite nice and we feel it is quite useful so 4 of us bought 1 each. lol.
then, i and kahmun headed for tuition. i memang got face. went tuition class without bringing any paper. only pencil case and calculator.
thought of going back parade to buy stuffs but sokwai said she's following me home first to gao dim muet project so yea , go home first lur...passed by bubu's house and he just left. my car and his were quite a distance away but i overtook him after the first traffic light. lol.
kfc food really turned me off. wanna eat McD la!! esp the ice-cream!!!
anyway, can say that we sticked to our own small world there. sokwai, me , kahmun and weikang. sharon , mingru they all sat nearby too. allen came later. too bad kein yau wasnt there. allen sure miss him jek. but shocking news was, allen has a girlfriend??!! OMG. he actually brought his gf there too. earlier, i thought sharon was joking when she said he has a gf so i said is the gf a male? LOL.. it is so unexpected of someone so sissy so gay like him to have a gf.but i could see that he is a caring bf.
follow weikang's car home. he is such a careful driver.(=means slow) XD
anyway, got to know that lady head is weenee and kaiteng is deputy lady head. pravinan is the deputy head. i still dont know who our head is. anyway, i'm really sorry for kaylynn.

it's audrey's birthday today!! welcome to 18-year-olds club! finally of legal age to do most things except for visiting the casino. gonna have a celebration for her on saturday at 11pm at parade. hooray!
we had farewell for mr.sit who got a transfer to other school after being promoted to become one of the PKs in his new school. all i know about him is, he is the teacher advisor for wushu club. wushu club did some performances as well. but i could hardly see the performance because there were many tall fellas in front of me so i went to stand on the bench with alisa and suihann, as he suggested.
got a bad news from yiwen saying that our class is changing classroom to 6RT's and ours will be taken by 6RI because the girls in that particular class were constantly being disturbed by the junior boys. and our class is big enough to fit all of them. and why not just change with 6RT? because 6RT is transfered down next to the office. they want to keep good watch on the problematic poobalan who loves to loiter around the school.
so, i ended up sitting the second last row in front of wenghong, sokwai, they all and beside munjun and kahseng they all... but i'm quite far from sokwai...sigh...
no maths and muet today. physics at physics lab is not nice. cant concentrate due to the over-populated mosquitoes at my seat. recess was quite busy for me and sokwai. sokwai's was for gbp and mine was for ping pong. lousy monagaran asking us to see him as soon as possible and asking us to stayback for gbp work but know what? we went out of school for almost the whole day and called back to pn lim saying that he went home..WHAT the....???!! i cant do gbp work nor ping pong filing. sigh...
am supposed to do the notice boards for voyager and BB primers. plus, both are under the same category..sigh...
they are having librarian nite tonight.i want to go la. seems fun. anyway, hope they'll have fun.

marked maths test paper were distributed back to the owners.some did badly but some did well such as hong wai, sokwai, yewtuck and munjun. these four got higgest score in class-46/50 weh....i pulak kena scolded from pn.lee for not taking the maths test paper earlier. my fault la actually. i kept forgetting. she accused me and wenghong for having no love for the subject. it's true anyway.applicable for me.
funny part was, our munjun guo kept saying that he'll fail his maths. then i bet with him. if he really gets 46/50, he'll belanja me. if not, i'll have to belanja him. quite risky for me actually. what if he got 45 leh? but when he returned to his seat, he folded the paper and passed it to me. i was very nervous dy. when i opened, i nearly shouted. he really did get 46/50...LOL...he himself was dumbfounded. me and kahseng saw him shaking non-stop. as he was holding the paper, the pen , his hand was trembling. funny scene.
there was a special prize-giving ceremony on tuesday for the presentation tingy. yes, our ' teapot' really got second and the so called 'prefecto' prefecto got champion. i still think my group deserves more. ask around. i believe they agree with me jek! anyway, the prize is just a file and highlighter. good also la. i need an orange one. hehe.
munjun asked for my opinion on what should he wears on librarian night. i could only think of vampire knight's ichijou's birthday party. if i were a boy, i would wear something like those in boys over flower wear. gorgeous! anyway, kind of teman munjun to parade on wednesday to shop for his clothes. he bought this pair of really fashionable kind of attire but i doubt that it is 'formal' enough for the librarians. i've seen pictures of past years' and i could see some wearing like those uncles wear for work.btw, kein yau is really not serious la. when i asked if he has bought his set? he said he will be shirtless wor.....sweat. he really wants to be the porn king instead of prom king...LOL.
finally, we've gotten our nametag! eepeng's is pink peng. LOL.
my cough is not fully recovered yet. partly my own fault. shouldnt have curry for most meals everyday.
had gbp meeting with all newly-elected presidents. no teacher hold the meeting. the new teacher advisor gives me a bad impression. i feel he's lousy.
ping pong just now was quite fun though they were only a few people. it's nice to play with jonathan aka jojo or yeye. will target him as my playmate for all coming meetings. nyeh nyeh....i played with my partner, nagendran aka nana against jojo and meiyee. nagen said he heard of my name but never know how i look like til just now. LOL.
almost everyday , we missed maths because she's busy this week! hooray...

hols coming and i wanna use it to finish my homework and revise my form4&5 add maths as well as do some exercises on physics.

tvb watch-you're hired

it's a new tvb series and i know it's not the right time to watch series especially when you are doing form 6 with hectic routine and piling homework on your shoulders but i gave in when my dad persuaded me to try to watch one episode so yea...blame dayo wong for being such a profesional comedian. watched 5 episodes and laugh out loud for the 5 episodes. it's something like word twisters' adventure modern version. laughs non-stop.not stupid. not lame. but funny.it's comedy wert. and dayo's character is real smart. he's like tamaki of ouran. he acts stupid but in fact, he's way smarter than you expect.

was informed that 63% of malaysian students fail science and mathematics due to poor command of english. and thus, government is lowering the standard of the syllabus by reverting the medium from english to malay so that the rural students can curb? oh purleesss.....what about the urban students? they have to follow and degrade themselves along with the rural students?
if students fail the two subjects because they are weak in english, the ministry should find ways to help them improve say by giving training to the teachers or hiring qualified teachers from overseas and not lower down the standard.instead, make english a compulsory subject to pass in major examinations so that the students are aware of its importance and try to improve their command in english so that they are on par with urban students. urban students should not be victimised to slow down and wait for the rural students to catch up. rural students should work hard to chase after the urban students though it may be struggling. this is the sacrifice the rural students have to give in order to win the game. or else, malaysians will become like taiwanese. no offence but this is what i've observed.a typical taiwanese cant pronounce simple word like perfume. learning another language especially english which is the international language does not mean we have to abandon our mother language. being able to learn another language is a bonus for us. most of the books on science and mathematics are published in english and even if the subjects were to be in malay, most terms are quite similar to english so i dont understand why students can understand science in malay but not in english? bullshit!

uncertain whether i regret going school this morning because funny things do happen everyday and if i stayed at home today, you wont get to read what i'm about to blog here .so let's get it started!

the feeling of having to drag yourself off the bed early in the morning especially on a saturday morning is not great! i was so blur again that i nearly forgot to bring the wrapper that i'm supposed to bring days ago to wrap some voyager thing. and besides, i actually banged the car behind mine this morning. thank god no scratch. nothing. phew~!

the attendance of the upper-sixes is so 'good' so there were plenty of parking lots left empty so me, yiwen and bubu went to drive our cars in!
back to class, someone came to send a message that we will not be having lessons for the whole day because most of the upper-sixes were absent to attend a peningkatan akademik tingkatan 6 talk so the lower-sixes were to substitute them. the fact that we could skip dreadful MUET and maths lessons indeed enlightened us but the talks were as boring. yiwen told me to choose seats at the back rows( the talk was held at lecture hall) so at least we could do our own homework and i could read my novel.at first, mr. paranjothi wanted us to sit according to our respective classes. so as an asst. mo, i should ask my classmates to gather right? i actually turned to the row behind mine to ask the-one-i-thought-was-mun-hing to sit at the row before mine because that was the 2 rows i had chosen for our class. but the fella was saying, 'huh? u talking to who?' rupa-rupanya the fella whom i thought was mun hing was actually mun hing's twinbrother. omg! it was so embarrassing.
before that, i actually went to voyager room, thought of wrapping the voyager thing but turned out that the wrapper wasnt big enough for that thing..sigh..waste my effort bringing that troublesome wrapping plastic. amusing part was when i first stepped into the classroom with that wrapping plastic, sokwai siad, 'was that wrapper u bring to help to wrap munjun and kahseng's books?' LOL.
moving on, nobody actually listened to what the 3 fellas talking crap out there and there was a moment i wanted to ask sokwai, ' if u were informed that you have to attend this kind of talk today, will you come?' i thought of how to ask her for quite a while but i only blurted a few words and she instantly replied , 'no!' swt# how come she knew what i wanted to ask arr? found out that she was thinking the same thing too at that moment.
towards the end of the programme, we had group presentation.
our group leader was kean choong simply because he at the side and thus, we asked him to take those stuffs-mahjong paper and marker pens. on the mahjong paper, we wrote:
nama kumpulan: 茶堡 cha bao (teapot)
visi: nothing is impossible
lencana: a teapot with a drop of water and a teacup
peraturan: never say 'enough'
golden word: water
you probably wonder why on earth we created such a name. the ilham actually came from pn lee's trouble motto.
the concept is...
we treat ourselves like teapot. what are teapots for? to be filled with water. so same thing goes to us human. what do we live for? we dont live simply to eat, sleep , bathe everyday? we live to learn. we are like teapots, ought to be filled with knowledge. that's why our peraturan is, 'never say enough' . we should greed for knowledge for knowledge is as important as water to us. that's why our golden word is water. some actually questioned, ' gaining knowledge is unlimited but once the teapot is full, the water will overflow, so how u link that to human?' i can say that it is undeniable that we have to seek as much knowledge as we can and we are not selfish to share with people around us.in other word, our knowledge 'overflow' in such positive way. some even questioned , ' you just said you arent selfish then why you drew only a drop of water for the badge ?' swt# this is unexpected. thank god my brain could react instantly so i shot him back by saying, ' to view it from the the artistic side, a badge should be simple, nice and meaningful. that's why i drew only a drop of water.' i guess i talked nonsense too long and for that long i had embarrassed myself that the teacher had to stop me. admittedly, my hand was trembling like mad when i was holding the mic. though i was damn nervous, it was quite enjoyable having challenging questions thrown to me and i had to think fast so that i could shoot them back. fun!
i doubt u understand the previous paragraph but anyways, reached tuition centre and kaylynn got a message saying that our group got second place for the presentation. never expect to win at the first place but after being informed that perfecto prefect got the first, i was pissed off. i still think our group was much much better than theirs! let them win simply because they are prefects and think that prefects are always perfect?? oh purlesss....~! (sorry, actually, i am not that pissed off jek la but when talking about winning of course wanna get champion ge mah) :P

The librarian matter resurfaced. initially when i failed the interview, i didnt mind, at all, really but later , after long thought, are the 10 that selected more qualified than me? i think i have the potential and maybe better than some of them but why am i not selected? just because i joined too many clubs?sokwai did console me a bit by saying, give others a chance to show their potential as well.dont think they cant do work because they had not done those things before. this is the time they can show their potential.she's definitely true.also, i did not realize that i would be that busy until kahmun helped to list them all out for me. i seriously didnt realise the responsibilities i have to carry from so many clubs i've joined because i really dont feel the burden at all. owhkay. fine. i am not stupid to apply for librarian if i know i cant cope. u think i am that stupid until burden myself with so many co-cu stuffs and neglect studies?i'm not crazy about getting max co-cu marks. it wont contribute much though for my application to enter local u. i dont think excel academically is everything. i prefer practical learning. i learn from things i do, from people i talked to, from things i observed etc....i've expereienced being a prefect and i learnt about discipline and leadership. now, i want to experience being an asst mo and librarian , hoping to learn something new as well especially from librarian board about AVA stuffs....kahmun promised that she will acquire for me but i doubt i will get the answer i wish to hear so yea...i dont hope high...

i think i scared my friends this afternoon. i had a terrible cough and it was really BAD,i have to admit. i nearly lose my breath. i did not want them to see me in that kind of condition. it made them worried.

skipping tests is NOT a great experience...

being sick is even worse. all i could do was to sleep and sleep and sleep. like a pig ni...
regret not sitting exams. i've prepared for the exams( not to say really fully prepared for the exams but still....)i really want to know how well or how badly i'll perform in the exams so that i wont repeat the same mistakes again esp in the final term.
and yea, i actually made an extra effort to tidy myself up before going school this morning so that i look energetic and healthy and wont scare people off with my 'sick + dull' look. and i actually felt uneasy some of the times. so right after gbp work, i rushed home and took a good nice nap and i felt much better now! hee~!
and oh yea, pn lim is stepping down as pen. kanan ko-ku and the new one from sam tet is coming in next week. i didnt expect for a change that soon.

got to know that the prefect who tegur-ed us during anti-ponteng talk on one of the mondays weeks ago was tevindran. he said to us ,' i know you guys cant tahan the long speeches but can you guys just be patient. face front and dont move too much. be patient for another few minutes.' (altered a bit ) it was quite funny to hear a prefect saying that but i was really annoyed. so i turned my back to him. so i could only hear his voice. cant believe that was my first and last encounter with him...r.i.p

happenings of the week:
-recyclathon day on wednesday. me and other fellow choir members performed some songs which i think sucks but many praised the performance. anyway, the day before i kinda joked that what if it rains on the real day and we couldnt break the record. wonder how many disappointed faces could you see. wenghong took alot of pics around the school but hardly find my face in the camera. he can become a pro cameraman dy la...
-spot check- i was so afraid that my camera will be confiscated but it didnt. one of the prefects actually asked us to take out our shoes.that's still okay but when she asked me to hold the shoes up and shake them to make sure no illegal items hidden in there, i was reluctant. i wouldnt do that. i pretended to be blur. eewey then told her that the prefect should do it so she shook the shoes instead of me. i giggled. evil me. heez..unfortunately, one of our classmates, a new student summore, got his hp confiscated.
-my bro's school had spot check too and his oh-so-short hair kena cut as well...pity him. if he were my son, i will go to school and complain. the school has no authority to touch students' body and for me, hair is also a part of body. true wert, dont you agree?
-eexin and lydia came back.they are having a week break due to H1N1 outbreak at their campus. so we met up at parade on saturday for lunch.
-librarian board had their second intake so i applied but failed to pass the interview.
-someone pranked on munjun. it was a funny story but i prefer not to say further.
-felt really relieved after resigning being lkk president. many said it was stupid of me to resign presidency of lkk and took vice p post for ping pong instead. i'm happy with what i've gotten now. and i still think i can do better than the new lkk president but i was indeed unhappy being a part of lkk. so yea...
-oh ya! our class was announced as johan for inter-house female basketball tournament. me, as a vase also got a medal. malu aje..should give to ing ing.
